Install instructions
The GNU/Linux version requires the LÖVE framework (http://love2d.org/) version 0.9.0 or later. Once you have that installed, you can run the game with the command
love --fused ascension.love
where the "--fused" argument is required to access the configuration file where you may change the default resolution and sound options.
The executable included in the zip archive runs on any relatively recent version of Windows and doesn't require the LÖVE framework to be installed.
